SYMPTOMS:
An exception occurred while trying to run

RUNDLL ERROR
Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
The specified module could not be found.
RUNDLL ERROR
Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
The system cannot find the path specified.
CAUSE:
This problem occurs when the New.net Client was incorrectly uninstalled through the use of a 3rd party removal method. New.net software is neither adware nor spyware, however some anti-spyware, anti-adware, or antivirus applications and some websites incorrectly label our software as such. Using such applications or instructions may result in the above error messages as well as lost network access.
RESOLUTION:
1. Update your version of the New.net Client. To do this, visit the New.net web site at http://www.new.net, and then click on the ENABLE YOUR BROWSER TO SEE NEW.NET DOMAINS link in the upper-right corner of the page.
OR
2. Uninstall your version of the New.net Client. To do this, follow the simple and straightforward removal instructions listed at the NewDotNet web site at http://www.newdotnet.com/removal.html.
